Planned Lighting Maintenance

The majority of the service we deliver is through a planned or scheduled lighting maintenance service. We engage with our customers to attend sites on an agreed schedule. The times for site visits at each of your locations forms part of our service contract.

The service program is supported by a per globe pricing model, time and materials or a tailored service that meets the specific demands of the customer. The solution works for shopping centres, car parks, commercial office buildings and retail chains.

Upon arrival the Globepros Lighting and Electrical field staff work in the following manner:

Upon arrival meets with nominated contact
Provides a walk through inspection
Defines faulty lights at location to be changed
Gains approval to change faulty lights at the location.

Upon completion the nominated contact person signs off on our attendance and the number of lights that have been changed out.

From this point an electronic invoice is generated. A copy is left on site and a PDF version is sent through to head office in real time.
